10-minute noodles 🥢
Noodles of choice
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp sweetener
2 garlic cloves (minced)
2 cm ginger root (minced)
green onion (chopped)
1/2 cup water
1. Cook noodles according to the packet.
2. Cut tofu into triangles and fry them on a non-stick pan (or just use oil).
3. Once they’re crispy and golden, add sweet corn.
4. Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
5. Transfer your noodles onto the pan, pour the sauce in, and stir until everything is combined well.
