CHIA PUDDING 🍊🍌

For 4 servings

Pudding:
1 cup of oat milk
4 tbsp of chia seeds
1/2 of banana

Granola:
A handful of almonds
A handful of sunflower seeds
3 tbsp of oats
1 tbsp of agave syrup
1 tsp of cinnamon

Topping:
1 orange
1/2 of banana
A handful of red currant

Put chia seeds and oat milk in a bowl with mashed half of banana. Mix it well and refrigerate for about an hour (until it thickens).
Meanwhile prepare granola. Chop up the almonds. Put all the seeds on a dry pan and roast them until they get golden. Add cinnamon and agave syrup and keep mixing until the seeds are covered with the syrup. Transfer granola into glasses and leave to cool off.
Peel the orange and put it in a saucepan with the other half of banana (also mashed) and red currant. Cook it all together while mixing from time to time. You might need to add some water if it’s too dry.

After the pudding thickens, transfer it onto granola and top it off with the fruit sauce
