Chocolate protein loaf 🍫

Soft, chewy, fudgy and packed with protein. Perfect pre or post workout snack 😋

100g spelt flour
50g oat flour
50g vegan protein powder (myvegan chocolate pea protein isolate)
1 heaped tbsp peanut butter
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp apple cider vinegar (to activate baking soda)
260ml vanilla oat milk
frozen raspberries

Combine all ingredients (but the raspberries) in a bowl. Line bread form with baking paper and transfer the batter into it. Put frozen raspberries on top and press some of them into the batter. Bake for 40 minutes in 180°C/360°F. Enjoy 💕
