Creamy wild garlic cauliflower noodles 🤍💚

Quick, easy, creamy, delicious and healthy. What more could you possibly want? 😋

1/2 cauliflower
wild garlic (a lot)
2 garlic cloves
3 tbsp oat milk
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
salt and pepper

Cook cauliflower until it’s soft. Then throw it into a blender with the remaining ingredients. Blend until your sauce is smooth. Add more oat milk or water if you feel like it’s too thick. Combine it with noodles of choice.

60g smoked tofu
splash of soy sauce
smoked paprika
garlic powder
black pepper

Cut tofu into small cubes (I used frozen then defrosted – different texture). Add spices and bake for about 25 minutes in 180°C/360°F. Once the tofu is done, put it on your noodles and enjoy 💚
