Healthy brownies 🤍

Decided to revisit one of my first recipes that I’ve posted here, which also happens to be one of my all time favorites. Super simple and quick brownies. Chewy, fudgy and delicious 😋

100g oat flour
75g raw cacao powder
200g almond butter (melted)
350g applesauce
120ml oat milk
1 flat tsp baking soda
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
chopped blanched almonds
vegan chocolate

Mix all ingredients together, transfer the batter into a lined bread form and top with chopped vegan chocolate. Bake for 40 minutes in 180°C/360°F. Leave to cool off (preferably overnight as it’s even fudgier the next day). Enjoy 🤍
