Kälteen protein bars 🍫
This week’s theme is favorite movies. One of my all time favorites is Mean Girls, so I obviously had to make the infamous Kälteen bars. They burn carbs, they just burn up all your carbs.
For real tho, they turned out super delicious and they’re a great pre or post workout snack. I promise they’re fetch!
60g almond flour
40g vegan chocolate protein powder (myvegan pea protein isolate)
10g raw cacao powder
40g peanut butter
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
70g oat milk
20g coconut oil (melted)
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, then transfer the mixture into a lined baking dish and press down firmly. Bake for 20 minutes in 180°C/360°F. Let it cool off completely (I even recommend refrigerating overnight). Then cut into bars and enjoy 🤎
Tip 👉 if you don’t feel like baking, just refrigerate the mixture overnight and enjoy the bars raw 👌
