KIDNEY BEAN CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES 🍫

These chocolate coffee truffles are extremely easy to make and their taste is rich and delicious. I strongly recommend, as they’re one of the absolute favorites in my family. Also please ignore the Christmasy plate, it’s an old picture 😂

ingredients:
1 can of red kidney beans (drained)
2/3 bar of dark vegan chocolate (melted)
1/4 cup strong coffee
1/4 cup plant milk
2 tbsp agave syrup (unless you prefer it sweeter)
3 tbsp cocoa powder

Blend all ingredients together until your batter is smooth. Spread it on a plate and refrigerate for at least an hour. Once the batter hardens, roll it into small balls and put a small piece of the remaining chocolate inside. Then roll your truffles in some more cocoa to entirely cover them. If you end up with some extra pieces of chocolate, you can also put them on top of each truffle (as I have). Keep them refrigerated
