Polish Greek-style “fish” 🥕🧅

Celery root cut into “fish sticks” and cooked in water and soy sauce with nori and bay leaves. Covered with more nori, sprinkled with lemon juice and some flour, then fried on oil. Served with carrot, celery, parsley root and onion all stewed together with tomato paste.
