Single-serve 10-minute creamy pasta 😋
100g lentil pasta (uncooked)
200g smoked tofu
Cook pasta according to the packet.
Cut tofu into cubes, sprinkle it with some soy sauce and fry it on olive oil until it’s golden.
175ml oat milk
1 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp tomato paste
salt and pepper
dried wild garlic leaves
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
Transfer your pasta and tofu onto a plate and pour your sauce over it. Enjoy 🧡
