Spaghetti “bolognese”🍝

Corn flour spaghetti
Soy sausages
Onion
2 raspberry tomatoes
Passata (about 500g)
Sun-dried tomatoes
Green olives
2 carrots
1 tbsp soy sauce
Sweet paprika
Smoked paprika
Garlic powder
Dried oregano
Dried basil
Fresh basil

Slice carrots, sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper, and bake until golden.
Cook pasta according to the packet.
Sauté onion, add crumbled soy sausages, soy sauce and spices. Once it’s golden, add raspberry tomatoes. Pour in passata, add olives, sun-dried tomatoes and roasted carrots. Enjoy 💚
