Yeast-free cinnamon rolls 🤍

Dry ingredients:
175g spelt flour
3 tbsp granulated sweetener
3/4 tsp baking soda

Sift flour and combine with the remaining ingredients.

Wet ingredients:
25g warm water
25g oat milk
3 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
1 flax egg
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Combine wet and dry ingredients. Add apple cider vinegar last. If the dough is too sticky, add a bit more flour. If too dry, add water or plant milk. Roll the dough thinly and prepare the filling.

Filling:
5 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp granulated sweetener
1 tbsp coconut oil (softened)
1 tbsp applesauce

Combine all ingredients well and spread the filling evenly on the dough. Roll it up tightly and cut into semi even parts. Transfer them onto a baking sheet and bake for 22-25 minutes in 170°C/340°F. Enjoy 🤍
