Yet another take on my cornflake tofu nuggets 🤩

This time served with baked sweet potato fries, cherry tomatoes and broccoli dip 💚

Dip recipe:
🥦 1/2 broccoli
🥦 150g natural coconut yogurt
🥦 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
🥦 3 tbsp squeezed lemon juice
🥦 1 tsp tahini
🥦 1 tsp dried basil
🥦 1 tsp dried oregano
🥦 1/2 tsp garlic powder
🥦 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
🥦 1/3 tsp turmeric
🥦 salt & pepper

Steam broccoli, so that it’s soft. Blend all ingredients together until your dip is smooth. Add a splash of water if it’s too thick and feel free to change up the proportions of the spices however you like.

The broccoli dip is definitely worth trying. It turned out soooo good. It goes well with tofu, fries, or any roasted veggies 😋
